So apparently, all it takes is one little glance from a state trooper for him to notice that I don't have a required Virginia inspection sticker on my windshield. Then when he pulls me over he finds out I don't have a Virginia DL either.
"Did you know you only have 60 days from when you move here to comply?"
" No", I lied.
Just how required are we talking here? Because I've managed to make it more than ONE year without them!
